Note: The output power supply voltage of the module is 12V; Both current and voltage outputs are relative to GND, for example, the two current output lines are Iout and GND. On the front side of the board, the left 4 terminals are connected to the sensor, and the right 5 terminals are the output and power supply.
Debugging method
Zero adjustment
1、Voltage adjustment: First puts the system in the no-load state and adjusts the voltage zero potentiometer (PW3, lower left) to adjust the zero point. Use a multimeter to measure the output voltage as close to the zero as possible.Zero doesn't change when you change the magnification.
2、Current adjustment On the basis of voltage adjustment, adjust the current zero potentiometer (lower right PW5), use a multimeter current stop to measure the output current Iout, as close as possible to 4mA.
Gain adjustment
1、Voltage full degree adjustment: Load the system with a certain weight value (recommended range: 80%~100%FS), calculate the output voltage value according to the proportional relationship between the loaded weight and the maximum weighing value, monitor the output with a digital multimeter, and rotate the voltage full degree potentiometer (PW2 on the left) to adjust the amplifier gain.
2、Current full degree adjustment: On the basis of voltage full degree adjustment, adjust the current full degree potentiometer (PW4 on the upper right), use the multimeter current stop to measure the output current Iout, as close as possible to 20mA.
